1. About IndieCashback

IndieCashback is a directory of software tools that may pay us affiliate commission when a member visits a listed tool through our links and makes a qualifying purchase. Where commission is received and a transaction qualifies, we aim to share the cashback amount shown for that deal with the member.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and use the same email address for the tool purchase as the one on your IndieCashback account where a deal says this is required. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Earning cashback

To be eligible, start from the relevant IndieCashback deal page while logged in, follow the affiliate link, and complete a genuine qualifying transaction with the tool. Cashback is not guaranteed: the tool or affiliate network must track, approve, and pay the affiliate commission to us before cashback can be credited.

A visit or a status shown in your account is not confirmation that cashback is payable. Purchases may be declined where they are cancelled, refunded, changed, made outside the tracked journey, or do not meet the tool’s affiliate-program rules. We may correct, reverse, or withhold cashback where commission is not received or we reasonably suspect error, misuse, or fraud.

4. Third-party tools

The purchase relationship is between you and the tool provider. Their own terms, pricing, privacy notices, and support policies apply. We do not control third-party sites or guarantee their availability, content, products, or services.

5. Acceptable use

Do not create deceptive accounts, attempt to manipulate tracking, use automated means to generate activity, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts and investigate activity that breaches these terms.

6. Changes and contact
